Terms & conditions

Making a reservation at The Birdhouse Inn constitutes acceptance of all policies listed on the website and booking engines. The Birdhouse Inn reserves the right to disinvite guests found to be in violation of house policies or federal, state, and local laws.

The Birdhouse Inn retains customer credit card information for seven days, and reserves the right to charge guests for damaged or stolen property. All such charges will be documented and invoiced. Any personal or contact information supplied by the guest will only be used by The Birdhouse Inn and will not be given to any third party. In the event of a security breach, The Birdhouse Inn will immediately notify any customers affected but cannot be held liable for any resultant fraudulent activity.

 

Children & pets

The Birdhouse Inn does not allow pets of any kind and is not well-suited to host children under the age of 12. If you have further questions about The Birdhouse Inn's child policy and your specific situation, please do not hesitate to contact us before you book. Children over the age of 12 will count as adults for booking purposes.

 

Refunds & cancellations

Guests may cancel without penalty up to 14 days before scheduled arrival. Refunds will be made within 7 days.

Guests canceling 7-14 days before scheduled arrival will only be refunded if the room(s) can be rebooked, minus a $20 transaction fee. Refunds will be made within 14 days of cancellation, should a refund be due.

 

All reservations will be paid in full upon booking. Guests requiring alternative arrangements may inquire at thebirdhouseinn@gmail.com.
